  1. In step 1 on page 209, test your Web site on your flash drive. For the group test have people in your group test the pages, using the printed questionnaires from page 185 Your Turn exercise.

  2. In step 2 on page 209, your server space has already been assigned by NKU.
     

  3. In step 3 on page 209, write a one page paper using Word to describe your promotional ideas. This page is worth 5 points of Case Study #7 work.

  4. In step 4 on page 209, you can skip this step.

  5. In step 5 on page 209, you can skip this step.
     
  6. Print out the one page with your promotional  ideas, enter the following course information (INF 186-001, Elementary Web Design, Your Name Here) as a header on the top of the page.
     
  7. Send me an email with your web site URL, (example: http://studenthome.nku.edu/~manningla/) so that I can check your web site. In order for this link to work you need to copy all the files in your web site into the WWW folder on your X drive. Your home page should be named index.htm. You may need to move or delete all other files in the WWW folder on the X drive to make room for your web site files. I will reply to your email with the web site link with the grade for your case study # 7 work.

(Online Course Students should submit the electronic versions using the drop box in Blackboard of the Word document (CaseStudyWebDesign7LastName),  together with the In-Chapter work from this chapter (In-ChapterWebDesign7LastName), each In-Chapter exercise in the In-Chapter Word document should be on a different page, use the following names (Your Turn Page 185,Your Turn Page 193), reflecting the page in the text from which the work comes. substitute your last name for LastName listed in file name above)
